J\u00e4\u00e4hdytys tulee tapahtua tehokkaasti 4 tunnissa alle +6 \u00b0C:een. Each vendor is responsible for operating their own vending stall in compliance with Finnish Food Authority regulations as well as for holding the necessary vending permits. Vendors must present their Hanami vending licence to the event organisers upon request. Non-licenced vendors can be removed from the premises.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>FOOD VENDING<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vending stall must be closed on three sides<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vending stall must have an appropriately equipped hand washing station (container with faucet, biodegradable soap)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food or food containers may not be stored directly on the tent floor or on the ground<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sufficient amount of cold storage space for food must be provided. Food requiring cold storage must be stored below +6 \u00b0C (or lower, in the case of e.g. fish, according to Finnish Food Authority instructions). Food requiring hot storage must be stored at over +60 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food prepared in advance must be cooled before transport to the vending event. The cooling must be done efficiently within 4 hours to under +6 \u00b0C. Alternatively the food may be transported hot at a temperature over +60 \u00b0C at all times.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vending stall should not generally be used for chopping vegetables or handling raw meat. The toilet is locked and code will be given to vendors.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>OTHER VENDING AND PRESENTATION STALLS AT THE EVENT<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each vendor and organisation is responsible for collecting their own rubbish during and after the event, and transferring it in a sealed bag to the rubbish skip (located on the side of the park closest to the water tower).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the event, the stall must be emptied immediately so that the disassembly of the tents can begin.
